My holistic approach to Psychotherapy/Counselling looks at your whole Being, and well-being rather than just focusing on a particular physical, mental or emotional state. I work to provide a highly individualised service covering mind, body and soul.
Holistic Counselling may include stress management techniques, listening and communication skills, relaxation and/or meditation to assist in experiencing life with greater joy and self awareness.
The importance of holistic treatment is that there is no limit to the number of modalities that may be incorporated if the results are determined to be beneficial to the client. Evidence based modalities I use may include; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gestalt, Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centred Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Psychoanalysis.
